Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Accounts

The Platform is available only to restaurant partners approved by us and their authorised staff. There is no public registration; accounts are created and managed by our Admins. You are responsible for keeping your mobile number and login OTPs confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Orders

• A valid delivery date and time is mandatory on every order.
• Order cut-off times are enforced based on the delivery pincode.
• Stock is reserved and reduced when an order is successfully placed.
• We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where items are unavailable.

3. Pricing

The Platform uses two pricing types:

• Fixed-price products — the price shown at the time you place the order is final.
• Variable-price products (VPP) — you are charged the current live price at order time; the final price is confirmed at delivery. Any difference (extra charge or discount) is adjusted against your credit balance, and the invoice will show both the provisional and final amounts.

Per-customer pricing may apply to your account and always takes precedence over the global base price.

4. Credits & Payments

Each account has a credit limit set by us. Where the “Pay with Credits” option is enabled for your account, order amounts are deducted from your available credit balance. Until the online payment gateway is fully enabled, all payments are handled through credits only. You are responsible for settling amounts owed in accordance with any separate commercial agreement between us.

5. Invoicing

Invoices may include both fixed-price and variable-price items. For VPP items the invoice clearly displays the provisional amount, the final amount, and the net credit adjustment.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver on the scheduled date within the serviceable pincodes. Delivery timing may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control. Please inspect goods on delivery and report any shortage or quality issue promptly so we can address it.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it other than for legitimate business ordering. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its content, branding and software are owned by Four Hands Group or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability arising from the Platform is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
