This Privacy Policy explains how Kitchen Cargo, a product of Four Hands Group (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our B2B ordering platform at kitchencargo.in (the “Platform”). The Platform is provided for our approved restaurant partners and their authorised staff only.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the Platform:

Account details — your name, mobile number, role, restaurant and branch details, and (where applicable) GST number.
Order information — products ordered, quantities, delivery date, delivery pincode, and order notes.
Financial records — your credit limit, credit balance, and credit transaction history. We do not store card or bank account numbers.
Usage & activity logs — actions taken on the Platform (such as browsing, placing orders and price changes) recorded for security and auditing.
Technical data — session cookies required to keep you signed in.

There is no public sign-up. Accounts are created only by our Admins or Super Admin.

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate you via one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number.
To process and deliver your orders and maintain your credit account.
To generate invoices, including provisional and final amounts for variable-price products.
To send order, delivery and stock notifications by SMS.
To maintain security, prevent misuse, and keep audit and version history records.

3. OTP & SMS

We use your mobile number to send login OTPs and transactional notifications through a third-party SMS provider. Your number is shared with that provider solely to deliver these messages.

4. How Information Is Stored

Platform data is hosted on managed cloud infrastructure (database, file storage and application hosting) with reputable providers. Any uploaded files are stored on secured object storage. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your information. We share it only:

with service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g. SMS delivery, hosting);
with delivery personnel, limited to what is needed to fulfil your order;
where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain account, order, invoice and credit records for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or a copy of your account information by contacting us. Because accounts are managed by us, some changes (such as closing an account) are handled by our Admin team.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you securely signed in and to remember your language and display preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Children

The Platform is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
